I love Tina Fusser’s Fitness Boot Camp classes! With my time-starved schedule I need the most efficient workout possible, and I always leave your class feeling like I accomplished my goal. The classes are always tough, but the quick pace and muscle confusion make it fun. It’s nice to keep up with trends, but so comforting to know that my instructor really knows what she’s doing. I appreciate all the tips on proper positioning, movement and modifications so things are safe and effective. Looking forward to the next workout.
I have been Boot Camp training with Tina for just over two months now and the change in my body is unbelievable. For several months before I had participated in kick boxing lessons and, while I enjoyed it, it was slow to see success. I just wanted to thank you for your Detox Program. I just finished the 10 day program using your curriculum and I feel great. The first three days were the toughest. I had a headache from the caffeine withdrawal, but the next 7 days got progressively easier. By the 7th day I had more energy than I knew what to do with, so I got a lot of things done on my to do list, including painting the house! Your suggestions, guidance, and recipes were all a tremendous help to me, and I wanted to thank you for following up on all of my questions and concerns. I must admit I was a little apprehensive at first, but I know that I will be doing this at least once a year for the rest of my life.

I met Tina at the Lake Nona YMCA ten years ago. I weighed over 200 pounds. My lower back and hip hurt so bad that I had trouble getting out of bed. My younger sister is disabled. She has four titanium cages, numerous rods and pins supporting her spine. I did not want that for me. So I joined the YMCA and began working out. Tina really helped me with nutrition. She introduced me to Shaklee products. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of training with Tina in both private sessions and in classes. Her calm quiet demeanor may make you think she is easy, but Tina is a stickler for good form and proper technique. She can teach just about any class well, but her Yoga is my favorite!
Today, I weigh 148 pounds. My BMI is 25.4 and I feel great! Tina says that I am as strong as an ox. The other day, she had me try a wheel in Yoga. I didn’t think I could do it. I was surprised with her coaching how easy it was!
Bottom line: Tina understands that nutrition and exercise go hand and hand. I give her a lot of credit for my success. I would recommend her nutritional counseling and personal training to anyone serious about getting healthy! Thank you Tina!
Hi Kai, you will be happy to know it was one year in April that I started the Annika training DVD that you gave us all. Of course all of my girlfriends at the class fell off the wagon…well maybe they never got on the wagon. I have truly reshaped and I am hitting the ball a LOT farther and now I am addicted and won’t give up my weight workout. Just wanted to let you know you made a difference in my life. I golf 3 to 4 times a week and walk with caddies at least 3 times a week. I would have never been able to do this without the workout and nutrition.
Next winter I will be in Naples and plan to take a trip to Orlando and golf for a few days. Will stop and say hi.
