Join in for a fun fitness class this coming week

I’m teaching and helping out with the following classes at the Lake Nona YMCA this coming week:

Monday 8:15 am Spin
Tuesday 6am Yoga; 9:15 Spin; 10am Pilates; afternoon nap:-)
Wednesday 8:15am Spin
Thursday 6am Yoga
Friday 9am Cardio (HIIT Training) and 9:30 am Strength
