Tina’s Training Philosophy

Tina’s Training is based on her husband’s, Kai Fusser’s program which is built on his philosophy of “Efficiency through perfect movement”. All training is performed with functional exercises, ideally utilizing the whole body without isolating any body part. Therefore no “machines” are used. The exercises are performed with dumbbells, barbells, cable crossover, medicine balls, gym balls and calisthenics. Tina then adds in some aspects of yoga, pilates, or resist-a ball and HIIT cardio training to complete each training session. Tina’s training will give you results!
