Am I making any Vitamin D? Helpful hint!

Recently, as part of my yearly physical, I requested to have my Vitamin D levels checked. I assumed my levels would be pretty good between my supplement intake, teaching an outdoor Boot Camp Class a few times a week and walking the dog:-) My levels were OK but not optimal.

Answering a questionnaire on skin color, BMI, age, where you live and how much sun exposure you get on a daily basis gives us a good estimate on the recommended supplementation needs according to your responses but testing your blood is imperative.
